Philip W. Yun

Prior to becoming Vice President for Resource Development at The Asia Foundation, Philip Yun was a Pantech Scholar in Korean Studies at the Shorenstein Asia Pacific Research Center, Stanford University. From 2001 to 2004, Yun was Vice President of H&Q Asia Pacific, a premier U.S. private equity firm investing in Asia.  Earlier, as an official at the U.S. Department of State, he served as a senior member of the U.S. delegation to the Four Party Korea peace talks and as a senior policy advisor to the U.S. Coordinator for North Korea Policy. A graduate of Brown University, and Columbia School of Law, he was a Fulbright Scholar to Korea.
