The epic blizzard that all but immobilized our nation's capital has not deterred Ploughshares Fund's Washington, DC-based staff from the "swift completion of their appointed rounds," that is, the effort to reduce and ultimately eliminate nuclear weapons.  Here, Research Assistant Ben Loehrke emerges from a snow drift in his backyard in Silver Spring, Maryland, where he will be working until metro service is restored to downtown Washington.   Read more >>
