Thanks to Strobe Talbott, @brookingsfp & host @latham_watkins sf for a great event!
Talbott: gang of four has done great job on idea of nuke reductions, good to see it backed by military. big obstacle is missile defense.
Talbott: Pakistan has already surpassed the UK in nuclear weapons. A regional nuclear war b/w India and Pakistan is not unrealistic.
Talbott: can't keep kicking the ball down the road on fossil fuels.
