Jacqueline Hsing

Jacqueline Hsing is the Communications and Marketing Specialist at Ploughshares Fund where she develops digital media strategies that amplify the voice and impact of Ploughshares Fund’s work.

Prior to joining Ploughshares Fund in 2021, Jacqueline was a Science & Technology Policy Intern at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies. Here, she conducted analysis on the military use of autonomous weapons and other issues important to US national security. Jacqueline holds a B.S. from University College London, where she received a degree in Sociology and Politics of Science with a focus in science policy and science communications. She is interested in harnessing advancements in Science & Technology to further social, political, and economic progress.
