Nonproliferation expert Jon Wolfsthal [2], senior fellow at the Ploughshares-funded Center for Security and International Studies [3], will soon move to the White House to work as a special advisor to the vice president on weapons of mass destruction and nonproliferation. "Jon is first rate," says Joe Cirincione [4]. "He was my deputy director of the Non-Proliferation Program at the Carnegie Endowment [5]for six years and co-author of our book, Deadly Arsenals: Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Threats [6].
