Bill Hartung discusses nuclear weapons complex with WNYC

Bill Hartung of the Ploughshares-funded New America Foundation commented on the Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration in a radio interview on the Leonard Lopate Show, with station WNYC in New York. Despite President Obama's recent pledge to seek a world free of nuclear weapons, the National Nuclear Security Administration is proposing a major upgrade to the nation's nuclear weapons complex, including the construction of new facilities that could produce thousands of new warheads over time.
