Nation: Nuclear Neanderthals

 Katrina Vanden Heuvel's latest blog for the Nation called "Nuclear Neanderthals vs. Obama Common Sense" featured Joe Cirincione, who believes that Secretary of Defense Gates may continue to push the false idea that we need a new "reliable" warhead.  Joe states that our warheads will be safe and effective for generations and that the U.S. must lead on this issue, if we are to deter others from acquiring weapons.
