Toward a successful NPT Review Conference

The Carnegie Endowment's Deepti Choubey welcomed Ambassador Susan Burk, the President's special representative for nuclear nonproliferation, and Daryl Kimball, executive director of the Arms Control Association to a forum designed to define what a successful outcome to the upcoming Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty (NPT) Review Conference would look like. "The purpose of today’s event," said Choubey, "is to help people understand what is really at stake and how to interpret the debates that will ensue, and what developments to watch for."
