Sustainable Partnership with Russia Group (SuPR) Meeting

Joe participates in the second Sustainable Partnership with Russia (SuPR Group) Meeting in Gstaad, Switzerland.  At the meeting, co-hosted by Ploughshares Fund and the PIR Center in Moscow, participants from the United States and Russia will discuss next steps in the bilateral U.S.-Russian relationship, explore opportunities for collaboration, and identify potential challenges - and solutions - to future arms control cooperation.
