H.M. Queen Noor Gets Stephen Colbert to Sign Global Zero

In an appearance on Comedy Central's Colbert Report, Queen Noor convinces host Stephen Colbert to sign the pledge in exchange for Global Zero knighthood. Global Zero, a Ploughshares grantee, works to eliminate nuclear weapons globally.  Watch the video below.
