Paul Carroll interviewed on North Korea launch

In a radio interview with Voice of America’s Andre de Nesnera, Ploughshares Fund’s Program Director Paul Carroll discussed North Korea’s recent rocket launch and flight before it ultimately “just splashed down into the Pacific [Ocean]."  Jim Walsh of MIT’s Security Studies Program suggested the launch may have been tied to a potential “reshuffling of the leadership and starting to think about a post-Kim regime.” Download the full interview below.
