Shaping a Common Vision of Security Between Russia and the United States

Ploughshares Fund and the Center for Policy Studies (PIR Center) in Russia will co-host an event called "New START Signed, What's Next?"  The event will take place in Moscow June 25, 2010 and will  focus on the critical need for new thinking on arms control and nonproliferation between Russia and the United States.  The event will also address movement toward further arms reductions and cooperation on strategic ballistic missile defenses.  

In addition, the event will mark the launch of the PIR Center's new working group to maintain positive U.S.-Russian bilateral relations –the Sustainable Partnership with Russia Group, or SuPR Group.
