As talk of strikes on Syria continues, the media has started to examine the impact military action in Syria might have on the United States foreign policy goals, most notably on our relationship with Russia and efforts to achieve a negotiated settlement to Iran’s nuclear program.
These questions are critical, particularly as both Iran and Russia are necessary partners in efforts to reduce the threat nuclear weapons pose to the world.
