Rare opportunity to lead internal and external communications at the foremost international public grantmaking and operating foundation working to reduce and ultimately eliminate nuclear weapons. Combining high-level advocacy, strategic grantmaking, media outreach and our own expertise, Ploughshares Fund is helping to fundamentally change nuclear weapons policy. Ploughshares is headquartered in San Francisco, where the Director of Communications is based, with an active policy office in Washington, DC. The $10,000,000 annual budget is supported by gifts from individuals, foundations and an endowment draw.
